We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return

Return & ExchangeIt is our goal that you are completely satisfied with your Gothlo purchase. If you are, for any reason, If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can submit the form online or contact us by email, If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment for returns received within 30 days from ship date.

Please allow 2 to 3 working days after we have received your returned merchandise for your credit to be processed.

Refunds will be returned to you in the original form of payment within 3-5 days of receipt of the return by our company. If you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@gothlobeauty.com

Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping will only be reimbursed for shipment errors or defective goods. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, including all packaging materials. Damaged products and missing components will be subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Canceling your Order:

If you wish to cancel your order, please email customer service immediately at info@gothlobeauty.com. Please note: If your order has been processed and shipped, you will not be able to cancel your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
